Unprecedented amounts of rainfall over the Christmas break saw many parts of Leeds experience the worst flooding it has seen in many years. A combination of rivers breaking their banks and drainage systems being unable to cope sent water onto areas never seen before. Kirkstall Road  was better suited to boats than cars!!!

Flooding occurred in some unexpected places in Leeds City Centre  but provided great photo opportunities.
