RA Real Estate has completed a re-gear for one of the major occupiers within National Deposit House, one of the properties within Phase 2 of Hammersons Victoriagate retail development.

We continue to advise on asset management strategy to ensure flexibility is maintained on existing buildings to facilitate land assembly when Phase 2 comes forward for development.
