Hammerson, continues with construction works for its £150m Victoria Gate retail development, in the Eastgate area of Leeds.

Appointed contractor Sir Robert McAlpine has completed demolition works to facilitate the building of the new retail destination, which will bring one of the largest (265,000 sq ft) John Lewis stores to Leeds, set to be one of its largest stores outside of London.

The CPO process has now been concluded and RA Real Estate are advising Hammerson on short term lettings that are available on a number of property’s within the area earmarked for Phase 2 of Victoria Gate.
