Richard Ashmore graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with first class honours in Urban Land Economics in 1988. Following a second successful spell with Weatherall Green & Smith he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990. He joined Dunlop Heywood before forming RA Real Estate.
