07 May Victoria Gate progress and Short Term lettings now available

The Victoria Gate scheme reached a further construction milestone with the first steel delivery arriving on site in March. The first phase of the steel work is well underway and will put in place a frame that will form the basis for the facade of the Victoria Gate arcade.

Significant progress can now be seen on the John Lewis Store almost on a weekly basis.

Short term letting opportunities are now available within the land and building that will form phase 2 of Victoria Gate. Retail units along Vicar lane and Showroom space at the bottom of Eastgate are just some of the property that is now available.
