So over 5 years ago I sat with my client having completed my first job with Lowell which involved advising them not to buy a building!!
We discussed a Real Estate Strategy that may involve relocating the business and this resulted in a decision to relocate their existing office and all of their colleagues to a new home at Thorpe Park, Leeds
Fast forward nearly 5 years and we have found, helped design, achieved planning, acquired and seen built an amazing corporate headquarter building at Thorpe Park and we are very proud to have been part of a team that supported Lowell on the acquisition and fit out of this record breaking building.
This process is testimony to the team that was appointed to support Lowell Financial. Thereafter part of a team that looked after Lowell’s interests as the fit out, provided by
Maris Interiors LLP was carried out. It’s seems so long ago that we spent so much time looking at finishes and fabrics!!!
Why post this then you may ask?…..rarely do you get an opportunity to be involved in such a large and amazing project. We’ve provided Real Estate advice to Lowell and supported them in the fit out in so many ways. A real team effort.
Suffice to say its been a privilege to support Lowell on this project and we have had stress, laughs, tears on the way but in the end we, as a team have delivered what I consider to be one of the most amazing workplaces in the UK.
Nothing has been left to chance, from workplace settings, break out, meeting rooms, cafe spaces , yoga studios and the most amazing wellbeing floor. it’s a credit to Lowell that they have truly embraced the creation of a workplace for the future.
