Ocado Retail have appointed RA Real Estate to provide Project Management and Employers Agent services order to support them in a 50,000 s ft refurbishment of Apollo Court in Hatfield.
The works comprise significant Cat A refurbishment including the partial replacement of the M & E systems and Cat B works across all the floors.
Scheduled to start in November 2024 and complete in April 2025
