RA Real Estate have been appointed by OSB Group Plc to support them in the fit out of a new office building. The proposals involve a full Cat A and Cat B refurbishment. Assistance will include supporting the procurement of a fit out partner and managing the design and cost process through to managing the construction activities on site, delivering an outstanding new workplace for their colleagues
