RA Real Estate acting on behalf of Wates Construction have acquired over 10,000 sq ft in paradigm at Thorpe Park, Leeds
Wates Construction, the UK-wide contractor specialising in maximising value for customers in the public and private sector, with a focus on safety and quality, has taken a 10-year lease to occupy 10,275 sq ft of space on the first floor of the building. Paradigm comprises 31,650 sq ft of premium office space and 122 car parking spaces.
